Faegre & Benson has hired an outsourcing partner from Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis, boosting its London office.
Faegre & Benson has hired outsourcing and IT specialist John Enstone, who joins the firm as a partner.
Faegre & Benson’s executive partner Gerald Hobson said in a statement: “We are delighted John has chosen to join us and his expertise in outsourcing, restructuring of failing IT projects, road pricing, private and public IT and his international focus mean we are in a strong position to build significantly on our existing commercial expertise.
Last month (January), the firm turned its attentions to Germany and targeted another US firm as it raided Willkie Farr & Gallagher of a corporate partner, bolstering its own Frankfurt office.
Markus Wenserski, who specialises in private equity and M&A and had been a partner at Willkie since 2004, joined the firm last month.
