Experience in intestate cases

I am a producer with a London based company called TVF, and I am conducting background research on bona vacantia in the Duchy of Lancaster.

I would like to hear from solicitors who have experience of intestate cases in the Duchy area during the past five or six years. I am especially interested in cases in which the relationship between the deceased and the claimant is disputed.
