Former SJ Berwin associate Sheldon Mills has been handed a promotion at the OFT after chief economist Amelia Fletcher stood down from the role of senior director of mergers.
Mills, a director of mergers at the regulator, left SJ Berwin’s competition department a year ago to take up his role with the OFT. Fletcher will continue as chief economist.
