Fan-to-fan ticket exchange company Seatwave has appointed a former WilmerHale lawyer as its in-house lawyer to assist with the company’s expansion across Europe.
Eleanor Krivicic, Seatwave’s first general counsel, will assume responsibility for all the company’s legal and compliance issues.
Krivicic joins from Match.com where she spent seven years as the international general counsel for Europe, Japan and the Americas. Before that Krivicic spent four years as an associate in the corporate and securities department of Hale and Dorr (now WilmerHale).
‘I’m delighted to have joined Seatwave at such an exciting time in the company’s growth,” said Krivicic. “With much experience in the formation of companies abroad I look forward to playing a key role in the company’s expansion and future success.”
