Ex-CC debt expert joins DLA Piper's ranks

David Eatough has joined DLA Piper as a partner in the London structured finance team from Morgan Stanley.
Prior to a brief stint at the investment bank he worked for 12 years at Clifford Chance in the global debt and equity capital markets group. He focuses on fixed income and structured securities and acts for both issuers and underwriters.
