Ex-A&O pair launches mentoring company

Lawyer coaching company Outside Insight has launched, with the former head of legal at ABN Amro Laurie Adams and former Allen & Overy (A&O) partner Jeremy Thomas at the helm. The company offers mentoring to lawyers on their careers and on how to cope with problems in day-to-day work. Thomas was a partner at A&O for 16 years, whereas Adams became a director of French holiday park operator Sea Blue Holdings after retiring from ABN Amro. Thomas and Adams both began their careers at A&O.
