Ex-2Birds disputes head joins Lewis Silkin

Lewis Silkin has hired Duncan Quinan as a partner in its ­litigation and dispute resolution practice.

Quinan joins the firm from Bird & Bird, where he was head of dispute resolution between 1996 and 2003 and more recently a consultant. Lewis Silkin head of litigation and dispute resolution Tom Coates said: “Duncan’s arrival adds further weight to our dispute resolution practice, with a particular emphasis on technology litigation.
