Eversheds is relocating partner Chris Jobson to Al-Jufairi, the firm’s associated law firm in Qatar.
Jobson, a shipping specialist currently based in Eversheds’ Newcastle office, will be responsible for liaising directly with Eversheds’ worldwide clients who have business interests in Qatar. He will act as co-ordinator and facilitator on behalf of Al-Jufairi clients who have business interests outside Qatar.
Alan Jenkins, Eversheds’ head of international, said: “Chris’ posting to Al-Jufairi is a natural development following the agreement of co-operation formed between the two firms in February of this year. It is the next step in building on that relationship and reflects the increasing interest clients and others are showing in Qatar.”
