Eversheds man leads Cornish green team

Eversheds local government partner Stephen Cirell has been seconded to Cornwall Council to lead its green agenda.
Cirell will become the programme director for environmental project manager Green Peninsula, which is advising the council on various green initiatives.
His work will include advising on carbon reduction, district heating and renewable energy projects. Eversheds partner Judith Barnes will replace Cirell temporarily and will lead the firm’s local government operations.
