Eversheds has recruited two employment partners from Winston & Strawn’s Paris office, just a year after the pair joined the US firm.
Partners Philippe Desprès and Déborah Attali join Eversheds only 13 months after moving to Winston & Strawn from Gide Loyrette Nouel (7 September 2011).
Eversheds’ previous employment team in France, led by partner Valerie Blandeau, quit the firm for Wragge & Co earlier in 2011 (7 April 2011).
Desprès specialises in advising companies on site closures and redundancies in France, as well as collective agreement negotiations and other employment related ltigation. Attali advises on day-to-day employment issues such as compensation and reorganisation as well as litigation.
