Eversheds has won a place on the legal panel of regeneration agency Yorkshire Forward to provide both property and corporate advice. The formal panel was set up to increase competition as the preferred adviser had always been Hammonds, which keeps a place. Head of property development Stephen Sorrell (left) and property partner Lee Ranson will head up the team. Leeds head of corporate Stephen Hopkins will lead the corporate side. Masons, Pinsent Curtis Biddle, Walker Morris and Wilbraham & Co also won places. Eversheds' property team has already been instructed on two matters for its new client.
