Eversheds’ London pensions head Jay Doraisamy has left the firm to join SNR Denton.
Doraisamy joined Eversheds in 2009 from Squire Sanders legacy firm Hammonds (29 April 2009), where she was also London head of pensions. Doraisamy left Eversheds in November 2011. Jeremy Godwin has since replaced her as London pensions head at Eversheds.
Doraisamy specialises in advising on takeovers of sponsoring companies, scheme benefit changes, statutory debts and pension issues.
