Linklaters has lost a senior real estate lawyer with a specialism in IT to Eversheds, where he joins as a partner in the London office.
Nick Bartlett, a managing associate at Linklaters, played a key role in the development of PISCES, which has now become the property sector’s standard method of data transfer.
Eversheds real estate head Cornelius Medvei said: “Nick’s longer-term projects will be finding ways to use IT to enhance the service we give our clients and to develop products to meet their particular needs.”
