Overview

The 3-day course is designed not only to enhance your legal knowledge, but also to look at the broader issues that you need to consider in acquiring good practice in this sensitive and demanding area of work. Case studies in groups will enable you to apply your knowledge and exchange ideas. This course is approved by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and delegates should refer to the Solicitors Regulation Authority's governing panel membership.
