Course description

Overview

This three day course has been designed to give participants an expert introduction to the fundamentals of corporate finance. Its practical focus will ensure participants leave the course equipped with a sound grasp of key corporate finance techniques and structures as well as company valuation methods and shareholder value enhancement.
