Euro Car Parts installs commercial lawyer

Euro Car Parts has hired Samar Naeem as its new commercial lawyer from Manchester firm Slater Heelis.
She will support commercial director Mahesh Shah with all legal matters. Her arrival brings the in-house team to five full-time staff based at the Wembley HQ. Euro Car Parts managing director Sukhpal Singh said: “Naeem has experience of buying and selling companies valued at up to £50m and has advised on everything from terms and conditions to supply agreements and IP issues.”
