Fox Williams’ Ronnie Fox has set up a brand new employment boutique following his departure from the firm he co-founded 17 years ago.
Fox told The Lawyer he was aiming to recapture the excitement of running his own firm by establishing the new venture, named simply ‘Fox’.
“I’m determined to have fun and enjoy doing what I’m doing,” he said. “The most exciting period of my professional life was the couple of years after starting Fox Williams, and I’ve missed that excitement.”
He said that Fox’s development would be driven by client demand, adding: “My growth strategy will be determined by how well I’m able to look after clients and the staff working with me.”
Fox currently employs an additional two lawyers plus support staff. It will offer partnership, employment and strategic advice to clients including financial institutions.
Fox said that he had left Fox Williams on amicable terms.
