Firms on electronics company Electrocomponents’ longstanding panel can expect a shake-up, according to general counsel Ian Haslegrave in this week’s in-house interview.
Haslegrave conducted Electrocomponents’ last panel review shortly after joining the company in 2006. The result was Linklaters winning the role of lead corporate adviser after a four-way pitch against Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Ashurst and Clifford Chance.
Other advisers include Burges Salmon for property work, Bird & Bird for international marketing and data protection issues, Wragge Lawrence Graham for IT and commercial work, and Howes Percival and Lewis Silkin on various employment advice.
For junior lawyers looking to make their mark, Electrocomponents’ 2015 panel review may be their chance. Haslegrave is seeking out sparky associates this time round.
