EC hires Lovells to study product liability laws

Lovells has been appointed by the European Commission to carry out a study into the scope and practical application of product liability laws across the European Union. Led by partner John Meltzer (left), the study will be the most comprehensive so far and will assist in determining whether it is practical to adopt a uniform European product liability system.
