Property specialist David Earl has been elected as Wedlake Bell’s new senior partner. Earl replaces Robert Dolman, who is stepping down after 10 years in the role. Dolman, a private client partner, will return to fee earning. Although Earl’s primary focus will be his commercial property practice, he hopes to continue Wedlake Bell’s growth. The firm last year saw turnover grow to £16.6m from 2002-2003’s £15.8m, with profits per equity partner (PEP) at £250,00, up five per cent from the previous year’s £239,000. Julian Cuppage continues as Wedlake Bell’s managing partner.
