Denton Wilde Sapte (DWS) has launched its partnership in Saudi Arabia by joining forces with a local practice and scooping a Fulbright & Jaworski senior associate to head the office.
Fulbright's Amged Hussein will join the firm as it embarks on its new association with local lawyer Wael Abdulrahman Alissa.
DWS managing partner Howard Morris said: "We’ve done business in Saudi for a number of years so we’re extremely familiar with the market. We had talks with other firms, but felt that Wael was the best lawyer to be working with."
