Denton Wilde Sapte (DWS) has promoted 22 to senior associate status across its global network.
The firm, which completed an 18-month review of its career structure in December last year, doubled the number it promoted to senior associate in its last round of promotions in July 2007.
DWS chief executive Howard Morris said: "We were one of the first firms to introduce the senior associate role 11 years ago. It's a valuable part of our career path."
During the career structure review, HR director Nickie Fallon hosted a number of discussion and focus groups with the junior and senior members of the firm to help define what new roles the firm should implement.
