Denton Wilde Sapte (DWS) is losing the head of its Milton Keynes office as Eversheds ramps up its real estate litigation department. Carole Peet, head of property litigation at DWS, will join Eversheds' London office in November. Peet has been at DWS since 1988, becoming a partner in 1993, and is the third partner to go this month. Eversheds also recruited Lovells associate Dan Levy into its London office.
