DWF raids Dickie Dees for pensions triumvirate

DWF HAS bolstered its pensions practice after hiring a three-strong team from Newcastle-based Dickinson Dees.

Partner Martin Jenkins joins as the North West firm’s head of pensions along with associates Kate Byers and Lucy Herbert.

DWF managing partner Andrew Leaitherland said: “Despite the current climate we’re continuing to expand in line with our longer-term strategy to build expertise in specialist areas.”

Jenkins launched Dickinson Dees’ pensions practice in 1992 after joining the firm from Eversheds.

Leaitherland commented: “Martin is highly respected in the pensions sector. The arrival of the new people will give weight to our team.”
