DWF has appointed its first head of private client in Manchester, poaching Emma Gaudern from Irwin Mitchell. Gaudern joins DWF’s Manchester office as an associate and specialises in wills, tax planning and trusts, acting for individuals in receiverships and court protection matters. Gaudern joins from Irwin Mitchell, where she was an associate running the private client team. Gaudern told The Lawyer: “My move was really to move back into a firm which has a broader spectrum of work, including corporate support work.”
