  • Without wishing to be cynical, when retailers release their results they make the 'like-for-like' figures, in which the affect of new store openings is disregarded, available.

  • Isn't that here:-
    "DWF has reported a half-year turnover rise to £59m following several mergers, with a 7.6 per cent growth in like-for-like revenue"
    or are you saying new office figures should be excluded?
    I accept your point on merger expansion.
