Dundas & Wilson takes Tite & Lewis tax partner

Dundas & Wilson has recruited its sixth new partner in as many months with a former Tite & Lewis partner.

Tax expert Jim Hillan will join the Scottish giant on 1 June. He will focus primarily on supporting property transactions handled by the firm’s 80-strong national practice. Hillan was previously at Clifford Chance before becoming a partner at Tite & Lewis, the former tied law firm of Ernst &Young.

Hillan follows the April hire of property partner Mike Fitzgerald from MacRoberts and the assumption of employment specialist Lisa Clarke into the partnership. Dundas has a total of 67 partners.
