Andersen Legal member Dundas & Wilson has begun formal talks to pull out of the network. The firm issued a press statement last Wednesday saying that it had "begun negotiations with Garretts, Andersen Legal and Andersen with a view to agreeing an amicable and orderly withdrawal by Dundas & Wilson from the network of law firms coordinated by Andersen Legal". Once the KPMG rescue bid was tabled, it looked unlikely that Dundas would stay in the network as KLegal already has a strong Scottish presence through McGrigor Donald.
