US firm Duane Morris has overhauled its litigation strategy to target seven key practice areas, including IP and insurance.
The firm is expecting a boom in litigation due to the economic slowdown and has installed a new structure.
Duane Morris litigation chair Matthew Taylor said: "The group and the whole firm benefit from targeting these areas of litigation."
The management team has been restructured, with 11 ;partners ;becoming practice heads in each of the target areas.
The news follows Duane Morris losing a 10-lawyer disputes team to Clyde & Co, which launched its San Francisco office off the back of the new recruits (The Lawyer, 28 April).
