US firm Duane Morris has overhauled its litigation strategy to target seven key practice areas, including IP and insurance.

The firm is expecting a boom in litigation due to the economic slowdown and has installed a new structure.

Duane Morris litigation chair Matthew Taylor said: “The group and the whole firm benefit from targeting these areas of litigation.”

The management team has been restructured, with 11 ;partners ;becoming practice heads in each of the target areas.
