Dragan Karanovic is a senior partner and founding partner of Karanovic & Nikolic, specialising in M&A, privatisation, infrastructure and energy.
He has advised multinational clients, financial institutions and governments on some of the largest M&A and privatisation transactions in the region. Dragan takes the managing partner role on annual rotating basis together with other senior partners in the firm.
Dragan is registered as an attorney at the Serbian and Belgrade Bar Association and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
