Dorsey turns to Brown Rudnick for corporate hire

Dorsey & Whitney has bolstered its London office with the hire of Brown Rudnick corporate partner Roger Gregory as partner.

Before joining Brown Rudnick, venture capital specialist Gregory was private equity head at Nabarro and a partner at Barlow Lyde & Gilbert.
Dorsey London co-head Barry Glazer said: “Mr Gregory’s an accomplished corporate lawyer and a strong addition to our growing London corporate team.”
The new hire takes the partner headcount in Dorsey’s London office to 14.
London corporate head Mark Taylor added: “Roger’s a talented and experienced lawyer who’s highly regarded by his peers and well liked by clients.
“He’s well connected in the venture capital and private equity space and will bring additional resource to our practice as well as broadening and deepening our relationships in this important area.”
