So, a partner goes on sabbatical, with the prior agreement of the firm; and then, when it’s over, he comes back.
In a similar move, managing partner Mark Jones is believed to have recently returned from holiday to find that he is still top dog, while one of the firm’s corporate partners took a day off last week and was relieved to find his job was still there when he returned.
