Domino's Pizza has ended a five month search for a new general counsel, bringing in car retailer AutoNation deputy legal chief Ken Rollin.
Domino's chairman David Brandon said: "We were fortunate to have many outstanding candidates emerge from our national search process; and Ken impressed us as having the credentials, experience and engaging personality that we were looking for in our new general counsel."
As deputy general counsel at AutoNation, Rollin was responsible for litigation, employment law, corporate governance and compliance. He started his career at the company in 2000, after joining from chemist chain Walgreens.
At Domino's he will serve on the company's leadership counsel as executive vice president and general counsel.
Rollin said: "I'm honored to join the leadership council of Domino's Pizza, and look forward to a long and exciting career with this global company and household name."
