DMH Stallard’s burgeoning City boutique has been boosted by the arrival of two partners.
Shepherd & Wedderburn partner Blair Adams has joined the firm’s employment practice, while Stikeman Elliott principal Jonathan Deverill, whose clients include Royal Bank of Canada and Caza Oil & Gas, has joined the corporate team.
They are the fifth and sixth lateral partner hires the firm has made in London in the past year. Others include Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer finance chief Perry Noble and Chris Ashworth, the former corporate finance chief of legacy Hogan Lovells firm Lovells.
Former Weil Gotshal & Manges finance partner Stuart Hill also joined the London team last year.
Hill commented: “We’re committed to growing our team so clients benefit from a seamless service across the balance sheet that can deal with all aspects of a major corporate transaction.”
