South East firm DMH Stallard has hired three new property partners.
Stephen Royle, a senior solicitor at Dechert, joins the new firm as a partner and will be charged with building a construction team.
DMH managing partner Tim Aspinall said: "We have a strong base of developer clients who are asking for more and more construction support, and [Royle] was in the right place at the right time."
Meanwhile, Ian Narbeth joins the firm's London office from Fladgate Fielder, where he was a partner, while Mark Grant joins from Bovis Homes, where he was the company's regional legal director.
Aspinall added that the firm was in talks over potential further laterals, particularly in real estate dispute resolution, corporate and IP/IT.
Including the planning and real estate dispute resolution teams, property accounts for 35 per cent of DMH's turnover.
