There was a 12 week mobilisation period that was completed on time and according to Neil Marley, Head of Safety, Quality and Environment for Shepherd FM went according to plan and without hitch. He said that this was in the main due to the collaborative approach that both businesses took and the support and cooperation from DLA Piper in assisting all the surveys and due diligence. He also said that the relationship that had evolved during the tendering process contributed enormously to the smooth mobilisation.
Noel Clancy, Shepherd FM’s Chief Executive, said:
“This is a fantastic name to add to our already impressive portfolio, in what remains a highly competitive marketplace. It puts a marker down to our competitors and again proves Shepherd FM has the expertise and right approach to service demanding blue chips.
