The College of Law has given accreditation to DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary's restructuring and recovery training programme. The diploma will be offered by DLA Piper's business support and restructuring group (BS&R). This is the first time that the College of Law has accredited an in-house restructuring and recovery training programme, and the firm says it gives its lawyers a significant advantage over their peers. BS&R head Simon Neilson-Clark said: "By providing carefully planned, intense training at the beginning of a junior lawyer's career, we're able to present the most comprehensively trained team in the market, to the benefit of our clients."
