  • Are we really supposed to believe that Knowles and co have the best interests of all their fellow partners at heart in this move? All this from the firm that famously showed the door to so many at the first sign of recession? And, as for voting rights, all they will get is the right to tick the box they are told to tick or find the door to leave......

    Those reassurances from Knowles et al seem to be very convincing.

  • Why not just convert to a Limited company model, with the partners as shareholders. This is normal for most businesses.
