Former Court of Appeal (CoA) civil division vice president Sir Mark Waller has joined Serle Court’s alternative dispute resolution panel as an arbitrator and mediator.
Sir Mark, who took silk in 1979, was made a Lord Justice of Appeal in 1996 before becoming a vice president of the CoA in 2006. At Serle Court, he will join existing panel members Sir Gavin Lightman and Sir Jonathan Parker.
