Disabled law firm clients harder to please

The study found that 83 per cent of consumers who had used a solicitor in the past five years were either very or fairly satisfied with the experience. However, for disabled people this figure fell to 70 per cent.

Black and minority ethnic consumers were slightly less pleased with the service, with 82 per cent saying they were either very or fairly satisfied. The most common ­complaints for all consumers were lack of communication or time taken.
