Taylor Walton Solicitors’ revenue took a dive in 2008-09, dropping by 23.1 per cent, from £10.8m to £8.3m. But its most recent financial year was not as unkind, with turnover down by just 1.2 per cent in 2009-10 to £8.2m.

The firm prides itself on its contentious and non-contentious employment and property work. This is reflected by the fact that its property department brings in 45 per cent of total revenue, followed by corporate, which contributes 17 per cent.

Taylor Walton’s clients range from local players, such as the University of Hertfordshire, to large multinationals such as Kenwood Electronics and Fujifilm.
