Unsurprisingly for a firm that generates two-thirds of its income through property, Pemberton Greenish saw its turnover take a hit for a second consecutive year.

Fee income fell by 8 per cent to £7m in 2009-10 after a similar drop the previous year. But these setbacks came after five years of healthy growth, and the firm’s recent move to larger offices near Sloane Square should be a vote of confidence for its future. Managing partner

Robert Barham confidently expects revenue to top £8m in 2010-11 and claims that the first four months of the year put the firm on track to do so.

Clients of the firm include major London landowners such as Cadogan Estates, The Crown Estate and The Portman Estate.
