Georgiades & Mylonas, Advocates & Legal Consultants is the result of a successful merger between Yiannos G. Georgiades & Co., established in 1992, and the law firm of Anastasios Z. Mylonas on the 1st January 2006. The firm has offices both in Nicosia and Larnaca and has recently established a firm in London, UK by the name of GMSK Solicitors and its branch office in Athens, Greece as well as representative offices in Russia, Poland and the Ukraine.

The firm is now a thriving concern. It is essentially international in outlook with approximately half of the clientele of international origin, it also has a firm foothold in the domestic market, providing an extensive range of legal consultancy services to both Cypriot and multinational clients. The firm has established a network of legal contacts and associates in many countries around the world. The main focus is on providing a first-class service to its clients and has acquired a very good reputation and a wealth of experience across the major practice areas, inter alia, corporate and commercial law, real estate law, corporate law, dispute resolution and litigation.

Over the last 18 years the firm has grown and developed and now offers the diverse professional skills of qualified lawyers, legal consultants and legal assistants. The managing partner of the firm is the President of the Cyprus Branch of the European Court of Arbitration and an executive member of the Court and an online mediator for commercial disputes for the Chamber of Commerce of Milan.
