After making its UK 200 debut in 2008-09, London-based Bindmans saw its turnover rise from £6.6m to £7.2m last year.
Headcount figures show that the firm has not had to make any substantial cuts during the year. Indeed, the total number of staff actually increased from 110 to 114.
In financial terms Bindmans’ best-performing areas were crime, civil liberties and human rights, as well as administrative and public law, clinical negligence and personal injury. The firm also has a growing employment practice and continues to have a strong presence in the areas of discrimination, family and immigration.
