Kennedys has announced that it will open an office in India in January 2001. The firm, which specialises in international dispute resolution, is taking advantage of the recently deregulated Indian insurance market. The office will be located in New Delhi and will be headed by former Kennedys' partner Neeraj Tuli, who is a member of the New Delhi bar.
