The House of Lords: in last week's feature on the House of Lords, the case of R v Secretary of State for the Home Department, ex parte A was omitted from the table. Philip Sales of 11 King's Bench Walk and Pushpinder Saini of Blackstone Chambers, instructed by the Treasury Solicitor, were the successful counsel for the appellant.
