Dewey bankruptcy rainmaker Bienenstock defects to Proskauer Rose

Dewey & LeBoeuf bankruptcy star and board member Martin Bienenstock has jumped ship with a team of five partners to Proskauer Rose.

Bienenstock was one of the two remaining members of the office of the chairman along with Washington DC managing partner Charles Landgraf (10 May 2012).

Bienenstock, who joined Dewey from Weil Gotshal & Manges in 2007,  joins Proskaur with fellow partners Philip Abelson, Irena Goldstein, Timothy Karcher, Michael Kessler and Judy Liu.
