DEVON-based firm Veitch Penny has announced plans to move to new offices in Exeter as part of an overall expansion of the practice.
In autumn the firm, which also operates a Crediton office and an associate firm in Tiverton, will relocate from its high street premises to a new 8,000 sq ft office based in the Municipal Mutual development at 1 Manor Court.
Managing partner Simon Young says the decision to move to Manor Court followed an 18-month search for a new site in the city.
"The Exeter office has become the main thrust of our operation. "As the practice has grown, we have become increasingly tight for space and need to provide a better environment for our clients and staff, and also to plan for future growth."
Young says the six-partner firm has been recruiting recently in anticipation of the move.
