A Milbank partner’s wife stumbled into the New York office recently in a state of some distress due to a medical condition. She was promptly whisked off to the hospital by a considerate member of the firm’s press team.
After reaching the hospital and making sure the partner’s wife was attended to, the volunteer put his back out, requiring him to stay in the hospital to receive treatment.
